No Returns or Exchanges: Given the bespoke nature of our production process, we are unable to entertain requests for returns or exchanges. This is due to the custom nature of each product we craft.

Pre-Production Approval: Our diligent team works closely with each customer to ensure the final design is approved prior to beginning production. If the end product doesn’t match the approved design, we acknowledge our responsibility and pledge to take corrective actions.

Color Differences: It’s important to understand that there may be slight color variations between the digital design and the physical product. As factors such as screen settings, photo quality, and lighting conditions can cause these discrepancies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on color differences.

Shipping Delays: We strive to meet our shipping deadlines, but sometimes unforeseen delays caused by courier services can occur, which are out of our control. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to shipping delays.

Change of Mind: Given the custom nature of our work, we encourage our customers to make thoughtful decisions before approving the final design. Unfortunately, we cannot accept order modifications or cancellations once production has begun.

Manufacturing Errors: If there’s a manufacturing defect in the product, we ask you to inform us within a specified period after receiving the item. After verifying your claim, we will either fix the defect or replace the item at our discretion.

Sizing Mistakes: We base our production on the sizing information you provide, so we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to size discrepancies. We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements before finalizing your order.
